The scores and review summaries you see here come from that fixed method, never from hand-editing or payment. Fixing business information

Your listing pulls factual details from public sources: business name, address, phone number, website, opening hours, and services offered. If any of these are wrong, send us the correct information along with proof. A link to your own website, Google Business Profile, or another official source counts as proof. Once verified, the correction stays in place through future updates.

Challenging a score

Scores are never adjusted by hand. A dispute means you believe the underlying data is wrong: the listing is matched to the wrong business, reviews are attributed to you when they should not be, or the summary misquotes what reviewers actually said. We re-check the sources and regenerate your listing. Note that a dispute is not a request for a higher number. If the data is accurate, the score stays as it is.

Removal requests

Listings are removed if the business is permanently closed, is a duplicate entry, or falls outside our scope. If your business meets one of these conditions, tell us and we will remove it. Listings that are accurate and in scope stay listed even if removal is requested. We also run a monthly check to catch permanently closed businesses automatically. If we decline your removal request, we explain why plainly.

How fast we respond

Every request gets an acknowledgment within 5 business days. Confirmed removals are processed within 7 days. If we decline a request, we send the reason with our answer.
